Yard House Spinach Dip Recipe

• 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped finely
• 1/2 cup diced onions, for a subtle bite
• 2 cloves garlic, minced to release aromatic flavor
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
