- 175 g (6 oz) dark chocolate
- 75 g (3 oz) plain flour
- 40 g (1½ oz) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 100 g (4 oz) white chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 250 g (9 oz) caster sugar
- Waffle Stick or Chocolate Finger for Tree Trunk
- Icing sugar, chocolate stars and baubles for tree decoration.
