Club Sandwich Recipe - Sam Stern

Ingredients

• 3 slices of white toasting bread
• Some good mayo
• A thin slice or two of home cooked chicken
• 2 slices of streaky bacon
• 1 ripe tomato, very thinly sliced
• A little finely chopped coleslaw (optional but adds good texture)
• Just a few green leaves (rocket or spinach or any soft green leaf)
• 1 egg
• A little olive oil for frying
• Salt and pepper
