Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water, not hot but should be warm to the touch
- 6 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 6 cups flour (all purpose)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter (softened to room temperature)
