• 1/2 teaspoon 2.5ml Ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda
• 2 1/2 teaspoons 12ml Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt
• Caraway seeds
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter - (1/2 stick) - melted
• 1 1/2 cups 355ml Beer
• 3/4 cup 120g / 4.2oz Raisins
• 2 tablespoons 30ml Natural bran or oatmeal - for garnish
