  • 5 cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp peppercorns)
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Biryani masala – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves – ½ cup
  • Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup
