Ingredients
- Chicken cut into cubes-1 libra
- white or yellow onion-1 no: cut into wedges
- Red and green bell pepper-2 nos each
- Chicken/Veg Boulllion-1/2 a cube (Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cubes)
- Soy sauce-4 tablespoons
- Chilli sauce-2 tablespoons(or as u prefer)
- Tomato sauce-3 tablespoons.
- Cornstarch-2 tablespoons
- Corn Flour-4 tablespoons
- Egg-1no
- Salt-as reqd
- Chilli powder-3 teaspoons(having good red color)
- Oil for deep frying.
- Celery-1 to 2 stems
- Use Spring onions/Cilantro to decorate..
- Ginger and Garlic chopped-3 teaspoon each.
