• 3/4 cup cooked mashed potatoes, room temperature
• 3/4 cup milk, room temperature
• 1 egg, room temperatue
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 to 4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• Topping
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into slices
