Chicken wings with tomatoes recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp groundnut oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 kg chicken wings
• 0.5 tsp sea salt
• 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 400 g chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp tomato purée
• 1 pinch caster sugar
• 1 spring onion, sliced diagonally, to garnish
