The Boerewors Sandwich: A Sensational Sandwich Recipe  - Sensationalsandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 Boerewors sausage, casing removed
• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 4 slices of streaky bacon
• 2 slices of cheese (we used cheddar but you can use whatever your preference is)
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
