Ingredients
- 2 small eggs ((but any eggs will do))
- 60 ml milk ((but any milk will do))
- pinch salt & pepper ( = for savoury only)
- pinch (generous) caster sugar ( = for sweet only)
- 2 slices thick cut bread (halved to cook )
- knob (10g) knob butter &
- 1 tablespoon oil
