• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar (lightly packed)
• 1 Egg (room temperature)
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup additional Granulated Sugar
• 11 oz bag of Hershey Kisses
