• 2/3 cup chopped honey-roasted peanuts
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 2 large eggs, separated
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tsps lemon or orange zest (extract will work in a pinch)
• 2/3 cup chopped salted, roasted peanuts
• 1/2 cup FHV Cinnamon Vanilla Pear Jelly
