- 100 grams minced meat
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of half a lime
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 egg
- a small handful of grated Gouda cheese
- a little bit of all-purpose flour
- optional: a small handful of kidney beans
- optional: dipping sauce of your choice
