• 2 tbsp Sizzle
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 1 shallot, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 6 basil leaves, torn
• 1 tbsp Calabrian chilies
• 1/4-1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp vodka
• 2 slices proscuitto
• Sliced fresh mozzarella
• Freshly grated parmesan
