Chicken and courgette traybake
A traybake is a dish filled with vegetables, potatoes and meat. Everything goes into the oven and just sits there. This chicken and courgette traybake is therefore very easy to make!
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets (or chicken drumsticks)
- 2 courgettes
- approximately 8 Roseval potatoes
- 4 teaspoons harissa
- 2 lemons
- 1 red onion
- 2 large garlic cloves
- olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- coarse sea salt to taste
- 4 bunches of vine tomatoes
