Turkish apple cookies - Kurabiye elmali

Ingredients
- 180 gram all-purpose flour + extra
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 65 gram butter on room temperature
- 60 ml full fat plain yogurt
- 40 gram powdered sugar + extra for dusting
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 apples (e.g. Jonagold, Elstar)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2,5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- handful of hazelnuts
