Lebanese Inspired Spiced Fish recipe by Taskeen Jamal Karim

Ingredients

• 3 fresh whole hake fillet weighing 400g each
• 2-3 peppers (jalapeño if you like spice)
• 2 small red bell pepper
• 4 teaspoon garlic
• 1 cup of chopped fresh parsley or handful
• ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander
• 2 tablespoon thyme
• 2 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin and 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 4-6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 10-15 cherry tomatoes - sprinkle over italian herbs and a drizzle of olive
