Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp ginger

• For strawberry butter
• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped fresh strawberries
