Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 2 medium bell peppers, cut into strips
• 2 cloves garlic, minced, divided use
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or more to taste
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 package frozen artichoke hearts (9 ounces), thawed and drained, or 1 jar canned artichoke hearts, drained (12 ounces)
• 1 prebaked pizza crust
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, or more to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
