• 1 package Frozen artichokes
• 2 bags frozen spinach
• 1 chicken breast, small slices
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp fresh ginger powder
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• salt and black pepper to taste
• olive oil
• 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans (190 grams), grated
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
