Ingredients

• 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2″ pieces
• Nonstick vegetable oil spray

• 2 bags frozen dark pitted cherries (about 6 cups)
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
• 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
