Ingredients

• 250g of unsalted butter at room temperature (about 2-1/2 4-ounce sticks of butter)
• 1-1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp of vanilla essence
• 1 egg (room temperature)
• 2-1/2 cups of all purpose flour (sifted)
• 1/2 cup of corn starch (sifted)
• 1-1/2 tsp of baking powder
• 6 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
