This is probably the easiest marmalade cheesecake you'll ever make, and it is very tasty too. There's no need to put the oven on as the cheesecake is completely no-bake.
Ingredients
- 150g ginger nut biscuits
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 400g soft cream cheese
- 60g icing sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150ml double cream
- 140g (approx.) marmalade
