- 185g icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp milk
- 1-2 tsp liquid blue food colouring
- 40g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, finely crushed
- silver shimmer spray
- 3 long rainbow belt sweets from a 70g pack
- mini gingerbread men (we used McVitie’s)
- paper cocktail umbrellas
