• 1 cup full cream milk
• 5 egg yollks
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
• Vanilla ice cream
• 1/4 cup gin
• 1/2 cup castor sugar
• 1/3 cup castor sugar
• Strawberry gin coulis
• 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped
• 2 cups cream
