Pancetta, Balsamic Onion and Broccolini Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 x 30cm Pizza Base
• 3 tbsp Homemade Pizza Sauce
• ⅓ packet of Perfect Italiano™ Perfect Pizza
• 3 slices pancetta, roughly torn
• ¼ cup large kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
• 1 small bunch of broccolini, trimmed and blanched
