- 1 slice of bread made into crumbs (or about ΒΌ cup ready breadcrumbs)
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dhanna/Jeeru (Cumin) powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cajun/chicken spice
- 2 teaspoons ginger/garlic
- 1 egg
- chilli powder & salt to your taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tin chopped tomato (blended till smooth)
- 2 -4 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
- salt /chilli powder to your taste
