- lemon zest & wedges for garnish
- capers (optional)
- 12 soft taco shells
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp anchovy paste
- juice of half a large lemon
- 1 heaping tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Dukes mayonnaise
- 2 tsp juice from capers jar
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2-1 c fresh grated Grana Padano cheese (substitute Parmigiana Reggiano)
