Ingredients
- 6 lime wedges
- Coarse sugar, optional
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) coconut milk
- 1-1/2 cups blanco tequila
- 1 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 5 to 6 cups ice cubes
- Fresh cranberries
