• 375 mL Homemade Chicken Broth
• 1 1/2 tbsp whipping cream 35%
• 2 tbsp fresh tarragon
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 2 3/4 cups Homemade Boiled Chicken
• 1 pinch salt
• ground pepper to taste
