• 1 can Beans, any white (14 oz / 397 g), drained and rinsed
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 3 1/2 cups Stock, any type
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream (opt)
• 1/2 cup Cheese, pepper jack, shredded (sub any type of cheese)
