• 2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, rainbow or red roma
• 1/2 Bunch Basil, fresh
• 1/2 Red Onion, thin sliced, or half bunch scallion, or use both
• 4-5 Oz Spinach, baby spinach, optional
• Balsamic Vinegar, Or See Note 2 for Balsamic Dressing
