Goan Prawn Curry with Drumsticks

Ingredients

• 1 pound prawns
• 5 drumsticks
• 1 can coconut milk or 1 cup grated coconut
• 1 pinch turmeric or haldi
• 1 teaspoon jeera or cummin seeds
• 1 teaspoon dhania or coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon red kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 large onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
• 2 cups water
• 1 small ball of tamarind or 2 pieces dried mango
• salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon oil
