- 2 1/2 lbs wildflower or clover honey
- Water to fill to 1 gallon total volume
- 1 packet Lallemand K1-V1116 yeast
- 2 tsp yeast nutrient (such as Fermaid O), divided
- 1/2 tsp potassium sorbate
