• 1 small, ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
• juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 cup bean or alfalfa sprouts
• 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
• 1 tsp honey
