- 4 ½ Cups Warm Water
- ½ cup honey or molasses, or some of both!
- 1 cup ground flax
- ½ cup whole flax (you can also add other crunchy goodness like sunflower seeds)
- 5 cups brown flour
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 2 rounded tbsp of quick rise yeast
