- 1 kilo rump steak clean and washed
- 1tbl spoon fresh crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon spoon Chilli garlic paste
- 1/4cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon each BBQ and steak and chop spice
- 1 teaspoon fine red chillis
- ½ cup khan Portuguese sauce (available at khan butchery lenz) Salt to taste
- Thinly slice steak mix into Marinate left aside.
