- 2 C unbleached cake flour (all-purpose is fine too)
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 C whole cultured buttermilk
- 1 C very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 C fresh blueberries, halve any large ones
