• 460 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp plant-based butter
• 200 g orzo
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• 50 g plant-based parmesan, grated
