• 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
• ⅓ cup crumbly feta cheese (optional)
• ¼ cup pepitas or sliced nut of choice - the "crunch"
• 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons honey
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
