- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup boiled milk
- 1 large well-mashed banana (2/3 cup )
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and wiped clean
- 2 tablespoons brandy
