Pizza - SOULFUL BAKES

Ingredients

• 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
• 1 cup Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup Semolina
• 3/4 tsp Instant dry yeast
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1 count Egg
• 3 tbsp of curd can be added instead of egg
• 3 tbsp Avocado
• 3/4 cup Water
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Garlic paste
• 2 count Tomato small size (blanched)
• 1/4 cup Onion paste
• 2 tbsp Tomato paste
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Chilli powder
• 1 tsp Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian spices
• 1 cup Boneless chicken/ paneer
• 1/4 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
• Mozzarella cheese
• Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup Sliced onion
• 2 tbsp Chopped Baby leeks
