• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) Irish whiskey
• 6 to 7 1/2 tablespoons (3 to 3 3/4 ounces) hot espresso
• 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream

• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
