Smokey Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 5 lbs potatoes Cubed
• 2 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup White vinegar
• a few drops Liquid smoke
• 1 sprig parsley chopped
• 1 bunch Green onions chopped
• 2-3 cloves Garlic minced
• 1-2 Jalapenos seeded and chopped
• 6 ounces Parmesan cheese grated
• 3-4 strips Bacon fried and crumbled (keep fat)
