• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp key lime zest (roughly 4-5 limes)
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ½ Tbsp fresh key lime juice (3-4 limes)
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2¾ cups flour
