Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 medium onions (chopped)
• 6 cloves garlic
• 14½ ounces chicken bone broth
• 1½ cups canned chopped tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons ketchup (try cultured ketchup)
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 62 ounces black beans
• 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
• 1 cup strained Yogurt (strained for 24-48 hours)
• 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
