Mochachos Grilled Chicken Strips recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken fillet (cut into strips)
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Mochacho's mild spice
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 5 tablespoon oil
• 5 tablespoon Mochacho's mild spice
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1. Cook chicken in above till just done.
• 2. Heat oil in saucepan for sauce.
• 3. Add lemon and spice and bring to heat. Must become fragrant.
• 4. Pour over strips.
• 5. Place under oven grill and redden.
