Ingredients

• Cody Road Bourbon
• 5 lbs pounds raw nut meats (Almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts or large Virginia peanuts work best.)
• 2 lbs dark brown sugar
• 1 tbsp granulated garlic
• 1 tbsp ginger,
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp coriander
• 1 tbsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp cardamom
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp tumeric
• 1 tbsp fenugreek
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 ½ cups Cody Road Bourbon
