Bisquick’s Impossible Taco Pie - I Ate The 80's

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix (Note: Later versions of this recipe call for two packages of taco seasoning.)
• 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
• 1 ¼ cups milk
• ¾ cup Bisquick baking mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
